Custom club fitting The key to custom club fitting is ease of operation. Golf pros need to be able to switch heads and shafts with as little time in between swings as possible. In developing the Opti-fit Driver cart, we took into account the time required to switch a club head from one shaft to another. The shafts are all positioned in easy slide out tubes allowing complete access, but holding them securely during transport. The heads are secured in custom drop in mesh cages so they can quickly and easily be removed and fitted. During transport, the heads are secured with quick snap bungee cords to prevent damage. Additionally, we added a custom iron fitting feature. Carts can be intermixed with woods and irons based on the golf shop specification allowing them to serve their customers as they see best.

Humidor We were approached by Biotherm about creating a distinctively masculine packaging for their new men's facial cream Biotherm Homme. We came to them with an idea that we thought really delivered on their concept of moisturizing, yet maintaining a real masculine feeling. The response to our cigar humidor concept was phenomenal. The high quality craftsmanship with 100% Spanish cedar interior cares for cigars the same way that Biotherm Homme cares for a man's skin. We designed a custom foam holder that held the cigar cutter hygrometer and of course Biotherm Homme. The joys of owning a fine humidor are equaled by its protective powers. A great cigar should be just right - not too dry or too moist. That's why it's important to select a quality casing with solid joinery and exceptional craftsmanship. When Biotherm approached us to help come up with a packaging concept for their new "men's facial cream" , we were more than happy to jump on the wagon. KOD Solutions came up with a couple of different packaging concepts, but when we showed them our humidor pack, the feedback we got was phenominal! This product was made specifically with Biotherm's marketing intentions at first priority. This is a humidor made with high quality craftsmanship and 100% Spanish cedar interior. A special molded-out foam platform was made to hold the hygrometer, humidifier, cutter and of course Biotherms new cream together.

Tee Pack Creating, designing and manufacturing is what we do best. Whether you need an existing product sourced in Asia or designed from scratch , KOD Solutions is a one-stop service provider. When Citigroup asked us to come up with a novelty idea for give-away products at a golf tournament on a shoestring budget, KOD came up with an affordable, but exciting gift pack including 6 tees, two ball markers and a steel divot tool, all with the Citi logo.

Callaway Belt Buckle This is a design we came up with for for belt buckles, money clips, hat clips and potential divot tools. The style is simple, but elegant at the same time. This concept was not adopted into Callaway's current line of products, but similar designs have been. For obvious reasons, we cannot post the adopted designs, but this picture should give you an idea how KOD can be of service to your company. Just send us an idea and we'll turn it into reality!

Callaway Gift Set As you can see, designing and manufacturing gift products is what we do best. This gift set was specifically designed for Callaway Golf so cannot be re-sold as it is. Our team of designers and engineers are always available to assist you with building a product that is entirely unique to your Company. This particular golf set includes a belt buckle, hat clips and ball markers. Not only does KOD design unique product concepts, but we manufacture all the products and components as well. We are indeed the 'one stop shop' for product manufacturing in China.

Gift Set This gorgeous gift set comes as a true premium and would be considered a great gift to any golf lover. It is important to note that KOD Solutions can assist you in designing similar products that are unique to your Company. We will not sell the same product to different customers. All products are easily modifiable and custom logos are easily added to all our products.

Bamboo Gift Set Another elegant gift set designed by our team. We specifically designed this product in bamboo, but can be made of any wood meeting your budget. The interior would be lined with Spanish cedar and is sure to keep your cigars fresh. Always keep in mind our products are easily modified to meet specific requirements.

Necklace We were asked by one of our customers to come up with a ball marker design that was nice and feminine for women golf players. Our team came up with this necklace concept and was well received by our customer. This exclusive design can be plated in gold, silver or steel. The ball marker sits inside it's cavity, tightly secured by a magnet.

Divot Tool This exquisite looking divot tool really was a great hit amongst our existing customers. The overall look and final finish along with the plating all came together quite well. This particular style is currently being sold to one of our customers, so we CANNOT re-sell this item. Fitting Cart This is our vision for the new Callaway Golf Optifit Cart. This was one of the few designs we introduced to them. They decided to go with one of our other designs and therefore we are showing this product on our site purely for reference.
