Custom Product Sourcing
KOD sources your products beginning with only your idea. With fifteen years of Asia sourcing experience, we have developed a factory base that can produce nearly anything. We are skilled in delivering a tremendous range of products in a timely manner and at a competitive price. Please contact us if you wish to discuss something not available on our website.
Design and Development
We have a dedicated design team ready to bring your ideas to life. We can create your ideas in 3 dimensions so that you can make minor changes before needing to purchase expensive samples or open tools. We provide this service at no charge for existing customers. New customers will be charged a nominal fee which will be deducted from any production order. Please see our design page for some examples of previous products
Quality Control
KOD maintains an in-house quality control staff to oversee your production. We are your eyes and ears on the ground in Asia. Our staff monitors daily production as it happens and reports issues directly to you. We can provide daily reports and images depending on the level of information you require. We conduct final inspections based on acceptable quality limits so that you can be sure your product will arrive as you expect it to.

Custom Packaging
KOD is a packaging specialist. Not only can we help you manufacture your goods, we can design, manufacture and deliver a custom package that will set your product apart from the competition.
Tooling
If your product requires special tooling, we have dedicated mold shops capable of creating any type of tool. We will work with you to develop the blueprints and then work with the mold shop to make sure that product comes out exactly as you want.
Factory Liaison
If you wish to visit Asia and see where your products are coming from, we will provide you with a factory tour guide and translator. KOD wants you to be comfortable with your manufacturing base and we will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
